The long-standing Managing Director and shareholder Harald Rapp is leaving the company at his own request on 31.03.2024 and the former Director of Volume Business Oliver Bartsch is joining the management team. The new ComLine management will therefore consist of Anja Sobottka, Richard Gäbel and Oliver Bartsch.

 

Oliver Bartsch, who will join the management team on 01.01.2024, is an experienced distribution professional who has been with ComLine since 1999. In 2019, the manager was appointed Director Volume, having previously led the Apple business unit at ComLine with great success.

The HDGF family holding is also convinced of ComLine’s business model in the new constellation and will remain on board as the sole shareholder in the long term.
